Return and Exchange Policy

Please note: All of our pieces are made-to-order. Production takes up to 6 weeks (often less!) and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way until your order arrives. It will be noted if a item is in stock and ready to immediately ship.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

How Returns Work

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, simply email us at lizzy@heygraylady.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label along with instructions. Please note: returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and let us know right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect—we’ll make it right. Returns cannot be accepted after 14 days.
